Just realised today it was 11 years ago that I joined this place as a emoey 13 year old.

Feck now been through uni and am married. How time passes

May one day hold up on my promise of joining in another campaign.

Hey, I know at least one guy still active from before WaW was founded; he was part of the predecessor group. FYI, WaW is considered, unofficially, to have began in September of 2003.

To put that in perspective, WaW has been around for about 50% of the time of the existence of the internet as we know it. Kind of crazy to think about it that way.

It's crazy to think how long its been.

In comparison, when I started WaW in Campaign 2, I remember having a AMD K6-2 500mhz system around that time, and moving to an AMD Thunderbird setup. I don't remember the graphics card or anything back then, I swore it was like an ATI Sapphire card or something. I do remember the Soundblaster Live sound card. DSL was like 750k Crazy to think now a days, the video ram on my card has more then the ram in my system when I first started.
