I was thinking about buying a new monitor, because the one I have now, is taking up to much room on my desktop. Here's the one I was planning on geting, my question is, is it worth it? Or are there better deals out there?

and the max I can go up to is $200.

the viewing angle and contrast are little lacking there, but not a bad buy for that price.

you might want to have a look at this though, http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=2010190020+4017+131061713+1301919996&name=Yes

i'd recommend Samsung (for example the 206BW or the 225/6BW, of which i have the 225BW. Its BIG) But they are above and beyond your target price.

Acer is kind off okay, Asus is nice. Aim for at least 5ms in refresh rate. Also i would recommend a wide monitor. Us humans are better in side than height when viewing. Also if you can strecth your budget aim for at leats 20 inch. The extra space is WELL worth the money, and it will feel tons more comfortable when coming from your current monitor.
